Quarterside residences is the latest destination in center city living by Boulevard Centro, Charlotte’s urban residential specialist with 12 projects either completed, or under construction inside the loop.

Located in First Ward, adjacent to the distinctive Garden District, Charlotte Quarterside will be a complete mixed-use neighborhood with just over 200 residential units in three unique buildings with one half of the project priced at less than $200,000.
